Of course, I was a little late jumping on the serum bandwagon. I used rosehip oil for a while but to be honest never really noticed any difference. When Seven Wonders Moroccan Argan Oil Skin Serum (henceforth known as "the serum" due to it's crazy long name) landed in my inbox, I was really interested. My hair loves argan oil, so I figured, hey, my skin might too!
The serum is quite light and comes in a nice travel friendly pump bottle. One pump is the perfect amount for your face, two pumps is perfect for face and neck. It's very light and smooths on quite easily. It smells like pot pourri to be honest, due to the rose essential oil it also contains. I pop it on my skin every second night (I alternate between this and my glycolic serum that Jenny from My Funny Valentine made for me) and when I wake up in the morning my skin doesn't feel dry or ouchy like it usually does, and feels so lovely and soft. It does take a little while to sink in so I haven't as yet used it during the day, but I've never been a fan of using a serum in the morning.
The serum also lasts a fair while, due to the tiny amount you use. Oh, and did I mention it's Australian made and comes from an Australian owned company? Plus, it's 100% natural, which means no chemical nasties to impair it's wonder. WIN!
